after gallery browsing, our friend melissa took us up to the high line, a defunct elevated train line (that was apparently a death trap) converted into floating green space and a promenade. everything felt nicer and cleaner and more open there. we didn't want to leave. i swear it is even a few degrees cooler two stories above the meat packing district. if you find yourself in this part of the world, i suggest a visit.

I am so glad that we got to do great things and see each other. But, a clarification- the Highline was not a death trap. The trains just running along 10th Avenue's streets were a death trap, that's why the Highline was built.

It is lovely, as are you.
