here are a couple skeins of yarn i felt the need to dye two nights ago on julie and steve's stop top. they are really incredible hosts to tolerate such things. i have a couple of custom hats to make and have been scouring the world to find the rights shades for them. these are close but (as always) not exactly right. i will probably make do. i wonder who else will have food colouring, vinegar, a stove and a laundry room while i rove.
